Hello,

From the Palm menus in Logbook Pro try the option to purge the database AFTER you have recorded or verified the information from your Palm to your PC. Start and close Logbook Pro again and then run HotSync and see if you get a successful hotsync. If not then I suggest an uninstall and reinstall of Logbook Pro Palm Companion per this article and ensure you are using Logbook Pro 1.10.26 on your PC.
