Q:
I accidentally deleted a lot of files from my palm trying to open up memory. Then when I went to use the logbook program I noticed that everyflight I ever entered in it is gone. The program still works fine. I hot synced my palm all the time. Is there any way to recover that information and get it back in the airline logbook program. A: Make a backup copy of your c:\palm folder. open the c:\palm\(palm user name)\archive directory and click on each file that begins with AirlineLog-YYYYMM.PDB, AirlineLogbook-pref.pdb, and AirlineLog-Airport.pdb files, to add them to your HotSync install tool. HotSync your palm and all the data will be restored.
