Q:> I have a hot sync and I am not able to access options on that. I am able to download my trips and they are in the install tool. When I do hotsync my palm it does recognize airlinelogbook, but when I check my hotsync log there is no airlinelogbook listed just date book, address book, etc. I just want to be able to sync my trips instead of manually putting them in. Let me know if I need to download something else or what to do. > > A:> Click once on the hotsync icon in your systray which is located at the bottom right hand corner of your pc's screen. Next click on "Custom". Next scroll down to "Install". Click on "Install" once to highlight it and then click "Change". Place a checkmark in the "Install Handheld applications" checkbox and then click "Ok". > > Repeat this process for "Install Services Templates" and ensure that it has a checkmark in the "Install Service (.PNC)" has a checkmark in it. > > Lastly, click on "System" and ensure that it has a checkmark in the "Handheld Overwrites PC" checkbox. > > After making these changes I recommend that you reboot your pc. >
