How to reset the device partnership from ActiveSync

To reset the device partnership, from ActiveSync, click (File)(Delete Partnership). Note: Remove your device from the cradle first

Place your PDA in the cradle, and allow ActiveSync to create a new partnership. Then click (Options) and check (Files). Click (OK) and (Done). >

Allow ActiveSync to complete on sync, and then rerun APDL SingleSync. >
