I have tried to use the SingleSync 6.1.3 link but I'm unable to open it. The problem I have is that LBP is not syncing with ADPL. My last update in LBP was in March and it's now May with no updates in LBP. What should I do?

    Hello Frank,

SingleSync has been phased out and is no longer supported. APDL is now sync'd into Logbook Pro using the new PDA Wizard in Logbook Pro 1.10.x. Please update Logbook Pro at your convenience.

I saved the file and then opened it and I received two Error Codes:
Error 1402 - could not authorized
    Error 1603 - fatel error

    Any suggestions?

I'm sorry, I don't understand your response. You saved "what" file? What were you trying to do that resulted in these error codes?

You can download Logbook Pro 1.10 by clicking here.

I click onto the link in your response (LOGBOOK PRO). I saved the file, than ran it (installed it) and that is when I received the error codes.

Do you have full/administrative permissions on your computer?

    Hello,

This appears to be an issue with Windows and/or your registry, outside that of Logbook Pro support. I suggest Googling for those error codes. Here is one of them identified on Microsoft's support site. (Click here)
