Default palm won't sync to logbook pro

i've had apdl and logbook pro since early 2004 and just recently am having a problem syncing the palm to logbook pro. for whatever reason, the data will not sync. possibly a recent update? i've changed the date on apdl singlesync to ensure that i'm not blocking myself from allowing entries. nothing seems to work. help.

Thanks,
Drew

Hello Drew,

SingleSync is phased out and replaced by the PDA Wizard in Logbook Pro 1.10.26. To sync APDL to Logbook Pro you'll need the latest versions of both APDL and Logbook Pro and both registered. Also enter your APDL registration code inside Logbook Pro under the PDA menu (Register PDA Licenses) to tell Logbook Pro to listen to APDL communications.

If you require any further assistance, please submit a support ticket and include your registration codes and product/version information that you're using.
