APDL files on palm but not computer

I have all of my APDL files in .pdb form on my Treo 680 and in a backed up folder on my computer as well. How can I get a copy of these files in my backed up folder or the original files from my Treo 680 to regenerate into the reports folders. I have reinstalled the palm desktop software as well as the most recent version of APDL and I still cant view any of the report (.html) files that were created post March 2003 yet I still have all of the data in .pdb format.

Also does my palm and/or apdl software have to be on the C: drive or in similar drives?

Reports are generated when the PDA Wizard is run in Logbook Pro 1.10.26. You can also use the APDL Portal (bottom section) to run any reports you desire.
