Default Times on my calendar are wrong after schedule import

I imported a trip today. The departure time is 1530 local (I am in CST).
On my ppc, the calander shows 1030pm. No idea why this is, or how to fix this. Any ideas?

Under time zone settings i have:

Dom - UTC -6, Adjust for DLS checked
Logbook - UTC, Adjust for DLS unchecked
Import Schedule - ZULU
Daylight savings is in effect unchecked.

This most likely a timezone issue. Is that you are placing into the importer all in zulu?
