Newfoundland Time Zone support

I there a way to enter flights operated in the Newfoundland time zone into APDL and LBP? I use GMT for all my flight times entered into both logbooks.

We are aware of the 1/2 hour offset problem and are looking into it.

I am very interested in this also. Mumbai, India, is another example (+5.5).
