Default Which files does the LBP APDL importer need?

My PALM is on it's last leg, in fact I have not been able to sync it in several days. Before it started acting up I made a complete backup on my Mac. I am running LBP on Win XP through Parallels Desktop on my Mac. Can anyone tell me which files the LBP APDL imported needs and where I can copy them to on the Win XP side so LBP can import them?

Thanks
