Airports on the half hour?

Those crazy Newfe's are on the half hour up there.

Any way to load YYT or YQX in on the UTC as -2:30.

Hello,

We are aware of the problem with the few odd timezones that are on the 1/2 hour. We currently do not have a patch for the issue but are looking into it.
