Importing pairings

OK, trying to import Crew Trac pairings into APDL. Here is the source:

I'm importing using "Chautauqua (Modified Pairing)" as the menu selection. Everything imports OK, except the crew. For a four-day trip, the crew doesn't show up on any of the lines except for the last day, and then it's only the captain and FO. I have to manually edit the pairing to get them to show up for the entire trip. Is there any way to fix that?

FYI, I'm using the Web-based importer.

Two current limitations with the importer is that the crew only gets imported on the last day when it only appears at the end of the trip. The other limitation is how many characters get importered which causes the last person to sometimes not get captured.
