Default On time performance Calculations

Is there any way to have the Pocket PC version calculate the ON TIME performance based on Scheduled and before as ONTIME and After Scheduled as NOT on time.
Currently if the pilot logs the departure at one minute before the scheduled departure the software records it as NOT ON time. When for all practical purposes the flight was on time.

In addition, an option to consider late arrivals on time, such as the DOT A+14 consideration.

Also, did anyone ever notice that they spelled arrivals= "arrivials"?

I know guys who have the Palm version and the on time calculations work correctly. This seems like it should be an easy fix if they have any interest in correcting it.
