New Support Help Desk
Attention NC Software Viewers:
We just switched over to a new support help desk which should enhance our support operations. As we continue to populate the system, it will provide more content to help you find answers to common questions. We still have to populate a lot of the system, but it is now handling the e-mail inquiries. With the new help desk, you are also able to easily find prior support tickets as they are now created under an account with your e-mail address. This will help you find answers to questions you may have had before, such as our famous "need my unlock codes" inquiry!
If you have an open support ticket and have not heard a response, please re-submit your inquiry on our new help desk.
We hope you enjoy this new resource. We do strongly encourage the use of these forums as your first stop as the search system is valuable in finding the answers to your question which may have been asked before. If you are unable to use our forums to find your answers, please feel free to post here, or if a private issue, then submit a support ticket.
