IMDb Connection Problems

If you are experiencing difficulties in the IMDb area, try adding http://www.imdb.com to your Internet Explorer Trusted Sites area. In Internet Explorer click Tools...Internet Options, then go to the Security Tab, click the Trusted Sites icon in the top window, then click the Sites button and add the URL as shown above. Retry AVCataloger's IMDb area again.

If you continue to have a problem connecting, try disabling security software such as Norton Internet Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, etc. Programs that are protecting Internet activity may be interfering with the ability to retrieve data from the IMDb web site.
