As you can see, we've been busy building a new web presence.A lot has changed and it will take time to get acquainted with the resources now before you. However, you have arrived at our new forums, the place which we hope you will find useful anda valuable resource for any questions or answers you may be seeking. Please use this resource as your first step in resolving any issues as others can learn from the same issues you are experiencing, and the answer to your question, may very well be the answer to theirs.

If you are familiar with our prior e-Community site, and had a logon, you still have a logon on this site. However, all the passwords, which are stored encrypted, could not be moved over. To retrieve the system generated password, click the Login button on the menu bar at the top, then you'll see the option to click to send the forgotten password. The password will be e-mailed to you immediately, after which you can login and change the password in the control panel to one you desire.
