Angry 3.8.1/Windows Vista yields "AVCAtalogers has stopped working - close program."

Everytime I try to run the 3.8.1 update with Windows Vista, Windows shuts down the program because it says AVCataloger has stopped working and it can't find a solution to the probelm.

Has anyone else experenced this?

Is there a fix available?

AVCataloger is compatible with Windows Vista, I've been using it since last November. You may want to try uninstall and then reinstall and see if that resolves your issue.

Neal,

I tried uninstalling and then re-installing the program, but am still having the same problem trying to run the update. What now?

Please fill out a support ticket for further assistance. Make sure you've read this KB article first. Although the article references Logbook Pro, the concepts are the same.
