 Unable to enter data or delete new Column in AVcataloger
I have added a new column (Co-Author) in the Books database for AVcataloger. The new column setup appears to be essentially identical with the existing (Author) column but no cursor appears in the field and I cannot enter data. I tried to delete and recreate the column, but the delete button in the Format Columns window is grayed-out. How can I correct this situation? I am using AVcataloger version 3.9.1 and am running Windows XP Pro with all Service Packs installed. Operation of AVcataloger appears otherwise normal in all respects.      |

Hello, Please submit a support ticket and include a backup of your AVCataloger data file (.AVB file) after clicking File..File Operations..Backup. We'll investigate after reviewing your details. Thank you.
