Sync'ing from PC to PPC

I am inputting my data into my logbook pro on my PC, and want to sync to my Pocket PC. How do I go about doing that?

Only configuration information is sent from PC to PPC such as your aircraft list, custom fields, and a few other areas. The sync is one way from PPC to PC. The Logbook Pro PDA Companions are "add-only" devices to allow you to add data while away then sync to your PC upon return.
