Log Stats not updating (Palm Treo 755)

When I hot sync I get an error message and my Log stats won't update.
(I just upgraded from a Treo 650 to a Treo 755. Same OS version though)
I have tried deleting and reinstalling LBP companion several times but continue to get the same error message. When I look at the log stats it shows it was last updated on 10/26/02.

Here is the hotsync log error:

Hello,

From the Palm menus in Logbook Pro try the option to purge the database AFTER you have recorded or verified the information from your Palm to your PC. Start and close Logbook Pro again and then run HotSync and see if you get a successful hotsync. If not then I suggest an uninstall and reinstall of Logbook Pro Palm Companion per this article and ensure you are using Logbook Pro 1.10.26 on your PC.

Hey crew,
tried the reinstall as quoted in the KB. Still have the error message during the hot sync. Except now it says it cant read field 26 of the table.

I've tried hard resetting the Treo twice now, and still have the same problem.
Any other suggestions?

If you are using the Professional Edition, are you using a "clone" or a "master" file? Only "master" files work with PDA Companions. Please submit a support ticket with your Logbook Pro backup (File..Archive..Backup) and I'll rebuild your data structure which should also resolve this. If you have any clones, sync them and then delete all clones after verifying the data is sync'd.

I do have the enterprise edition. I am trying to hot sync to the master computer though. I will send you a copy of the back up.

No still haven't got it to work. Haven't been able to use palm log for months now.
