A critical update to Logbook Pro for Windows is now available. The following information outlines the majority of the updates in this free maintenance release. It is suggested to update your software at your earliest convenience.
Revisions:- APDL sync would not generate APDL Reports Properly, data was not generated for proper months
- APDL Date Filter no longer persists the setting, it defaults to “New APDL Flights” on every run
- If syncing APDL data “By LogPage” the Flight Number column map option is disabled as it is not available with By LogPage synchronizations
- AutoFill was interfering with APDL synchronization, particularly overriding APDL logged landings
- 8710 dialog has a warning at the bottom to inform users to refer to the actual 8710 form to properly format data such as names, dates, etc.
- PDA Wizard Sync Log appeared locked up and was not showing sync activity
- Logbook Pro PDA Companions now have much faster sync process, post sync cleanup significantly streamlined
- PDA Wizard proceeded to sync when no default A/C type was entered for APDL users, it should have stopped and waited for the default A/C type declared
- Clear & Close of Block Time dialog attempted to calculate duration when it should simply close
- Aircraft Ident recent recall was not working properly in Spreadsheet Log area
- Split-Report “new date” icon did not work to select a new date filter for the report
- PC-to-PC Sync Wizard auto-clone selection bug introduced in 1.10.23 is now fixed.
- Reviewed code for reports of Analyzer display not persisting
- Reviewed code for Split-Reports, particularly Cirrus Premier/Old-World and Swap Margin button not able to swap margins
- Improved update system to avoid double-message for download/update, won’t see the improvement until the next version comes out
