-International Date Formatting errors in Block Time Entry System resolved
-Compiled RDF report loading caused GPF
-Changed entries in Windows Style Log of Block Time Fields were not saved on close
-Reconfigured Date/Time format drop down selectors in Options dialog, some reported errors, hard to reproduce
-Maintenance utility embedded for Tech Support troubleshooting
-Data structure updated
-Logbook Data Integrity checking strength increased
-Web updater updated to properly display server messages
-Database checked to ensure not in READ ONLY state on open
