Default APDL synchronization to Logbookpro

Hi,

I have logbookpro on my laptop and I just purchased the APDL for my palm treo. I wanted to use the PDA synchronization Wizard to syncronize my flight time from APDL to my Logbookpro and this message appears. "
An error encountered retrieving palm device preferences. Please check the username, perform a hot sync and retry". can you please provide a step by step method to help my palm comunicate with logbook pro. thank you
