I need to remove and reinstal the LP software in order to be able to add new AC. When I save it as a .bak file, my computer saves it, but doesn't recognize it. (When I attempt to open it, it's all gibberish.) What do I do? |

I'm not sure I understand. Why do you need to remove and reinstall to add new AC? .BAK (backup) files are created by clicking File...Backup and restored by clicking File...RESTORE.
